Meet Hope: Rochelle Mayberry

At Hope Senior Home Care, we are fortunate to have caregivers and team members who truly embody our core values. This month, we are proud to recognize Rochelle Mayberry for her dedication, compassion, and service.

Rochelle joined Hope Senior Home Care in 2019 while she was between positions in the home care industry. After learning about Hope and our core values of Empathy, Reliability, Optimism, and Integrity, she knew she had found an organization that aligned with her own beliefs and passion for helping others. Since then, Rochelle has been a tremendous asset to our team, serving as our dependable weekend and holiday on-call office staff member, always willing to step up when support is needed most.

Rochelle’s passion for caregiving began long before her professional career. Due to health challenges she experienced in her youth, her parents relied on caregivers to help support her and their family. Witnessing the compassion, dedication, and positive impact those caregivers had on their lives inspired Rochelle to pursue a career in healthcare herself.

At just 18 years old, Rochelle began working in healthcare facilities and memory care settings, gaining valuable experience and developing a deep commitment to serving others. Her dedication to personal and professional growth continues today. Rochelle is currently working toward completing her Bachelor’s Degree in Fall 2026, with plans to continue her education by pursuing a Master’s Degree in Psychology with a minor in Child Development.

When she’s not caring for others through her work, Rochelle stays busy with her three beautiful children, volunteers at a local food pantry in Mt. Clemens on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and spends Saturdays tending to her community garden. Her heart for service extends far beyond her career, reflecting her desire to make a positive difference wherever she can.

Looking ahead, Rochelle’s dream is to open a safe house for women and children, creating a place of support, safety, and hope for those in need.

Rochelle’s kindness, reliability, and servant-hearted spirit make her a wonderful member of the Hope family. We are grateful for all she does for our clients, caregivers, and community.

Thank you, Rochelle, for your dedication and for living out the Hope mission every day!
